Wardolf Salad

(Serves 2)

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon (20 ml) Olive oil
  • 6 oz. Field Greens
  • 2 oz. Walnuts
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Cup (250ml) Celery (diced)

Directions

  1. Chop walnuts, apple and celery.
  2. Toss chopped pieces with salad mix and olive oil.
  3. Serve.
