Asanas teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve the body’s physical health and clear the mind in preparation for meditation. Beginners are most welcome and encouraged to join our Yoga classes.
One-on-one tuition is also available for improved performance.
Note: Yoga classes are 60 minutes in duration. Classes start on time. Please arrive to your class early, being set up and in place in time for the class to begin.
