Personal Training
One-on-one personal training sessions with your personal trainer will keep you highly focused on achieving your health and fitness objectives.
Small Group Training
If you don’t want the close monitoring you get from one-on-one personal training or you like to work with a group of like-minded people, we also offer small group fitness sessions at each of the Personal Best studios.
Pilates
Pilates promotes the healthy well-being of the body and mind through lengthening and strengthening muscles, correcting and promoting good posture, improving flexibility and rehabilitating injury prone areas.
Yoga
We do yoga not because we are flexible but to improve our flexibility; both in mind and body.
