Test yourself with this months workout of the month. Perform the workout (skipping rope, rowing, step ups and running or cycling) at the start of the month and then again at the end of the month to see how much you improve.

Dropping another 2% in her body fat and gaining 1.12 kg in lean muscle from her last assessment!
